Coffee O clock was founded in 2022 in Butwal with an aim to train skillful barista who drive Nepal’s coffee culture forward. Our training blends engaging lectures, live demos, and hands-on practice, all with personalized guidance and one-on-one mentorship.
Students gain real-world experience through our internships program at Coffee O clock outlets, giving them insight into the true craft of a barista. Our program not only builds strong practical skills but also inspires a deeper passion for the coffee world.

Meet Ashish Rana our Specialty Trainer and Owner– Brewing, Sensory and Barista Skills. Passionate about Nepali coffee, he is dedicated to sharing its unique flavors with the world. His vision is to support Nepali people by helping them connect with and honor their rich coffee culture.
For Ashish Rana barista training isn’t just about mastering techniques it’s about empowering people. He believes that through quality barista education, Nepali barista can build their careers while elevating Nepali coffee on the global stage. His goal is to create a strong community of skilled barista who take pride in their craft and the coffee they serve.
With a focus on both skill and culture he is committed to helping barista not only brew great coffee but also share the story of Nepali coffee with every cup. He believes that each perfect shot of espresso or beautifully crafted latte is a step toward a brighter future for Nepali coffee and its people.
